House Rustico is located in Rudanovac near Korenica, 13 km from Plitvice Lakes National Park. Surrounded by a garden and pine forest, it is ideal for companies that want to get out of the office without losing a working day.
We host team building for groups of 18 to 44 guests in double rooms, or up to 58 guests with triple occupancy. You get a meeting room, accommodation, our own restaurant, an outdoor barbecue with a gazebo, and activities run with local guides.
In winter, the property is open exclusively to organised groups, so the whole place is yours. During the rest of the year, the entire property can be booked exclusively by arrangement.
Meeting room
Our 30 m² meeting room is equipped for meetings, workshops and presentations. Everything is ready – just bring your laptop.
In the meeting room we provide an instant coffee machine, a selection of teas, chilled water, soft drinks, homemade Lika juices (such as apple or blueberry) and space for wooden platters with snacks and fruit.

Tables and chairs are modular, so we can rearrange the room between sessions – for example, theatre style for a morning presentation and team islands for an afternoon workshop.
Meetings for larger groups
For groups of more than 20, the plenary part of the programme takes place in our restaurant, Bistro Vila Velebita, 1 km from the accommodation. The restaurant seats up to 58 guests, so the whole group can be together for the opening presentation, conclusions or a celebratory dinner.
In the restaurant, we can also set up a large smart TV, a wireless slide presenter, all necessary adapters (HDMI, USB-C), a soundbar with a wireless microphone, two flipcharts (with colored markers and paper pads), and under-table extension cords for charging laptops and mobile phones. The restaurant features high-speed Wi-Fi, as well as air conditioning and heating.
The most popular setup for larger groups: plenary sessions in the restaurant, small-group work in the meeting room.

Gastronomy
The food is what your team will remember. Much of what we serve comes from our own family farm, the rest from local producers in Lika.

Next to the accommodation is an outdoor barbecue with a covered gazebo, perfect for relaxed evenings after a working day.

A guided tasting of Lika cheeses, honey, homemade liqueurs and rakija – with the stories of who makes them and how. A great way to end a working day or open a celebratory dinner.

Activities
Cooking competition
Teams get local ingredients from our farm and one task: cook the best dish. Our chef guides, advises and judges at the end. The competition calls for cooperation, planning and a bit of improvisation – and afterwards everyone eats what they made. Available all year round, outdoors or indoors.
